Wilko Aschenborn is a Namibian entrepreneur with a career spanning hospitality, technology, property and business development.
Originally trained in hospitality in Germany, Wilko returned to Namibia and built his career around creating, developing and operating businesses.
His entrepreneurial journey eventually brought him back to hospitality and property, combining operational experience with real estate investment, property development and hospitality management.
As founder of Perfectstay Holiday Rentals, Wilko has gained extensive first-hand experience in short-term rental property, hospitality operations and the development of investment-focused accommodation concepts.
His approach to property therefore goes beyond determining what an asset is worth today.
