Actual versus projected figures

Where a listing shows trading history, it is labelled as historical or actual performance. All other figures — revenue, occupancy, net operating income, yields, cash flow, capital growth, future values and exit projections — are projections based on the assumptions displayed, which you can change yourself in the calculator on each listing.

Capital growth

Capital growth percentages are assumptions, not forecasts, and are compounded for illustration only. Property values can fall as well as rise.

Establishing in Namibia
